NVC trainings to the Kopila team

A training was organized at Annapurna Eco Village Resort on 14th and 15th August 2022 by Kopila where the Local Professional Mr. Kishor Kuikel and International Peace Advisor Mr. Mironel De Wilde facilitated a two days training on NVC to Kopila staffs and community members. The training was organized for the strengthening emotional intelligence of the members working on grass root level for psychosocial counsellors, working with trauma, stress and violence. The training is expected to help to build resilience and strengthen the capacity of the participants to deal with care and connection to the clients at the community level as well as the shelter homes of Kopila.
