NVC Training for Emotional Intelligence of Students

Two schools in Kathmandu organized Nonviolent Communication (NVC) training for their students. Grade 7 students from Anant English School received eight days of training spread throughout the year. Additionally, Grade 8 students (A and B) from Kuleshwor Awas Secondary English School received four days of training each throughout the year, 2023. The training sessions were facilitated by Ms. Deepika Rana, Ms. Shobha Regmi, Ms. Rajya Laxmi Gurung, and Mr. Maniram Kandel. The students gained valuable insights and skills in communication, conflict resolution, and empathy, enriching their educational experience and personal growth. The training is supposed to strengthen the NVC culture in schools, and classrooms.
