Needs Consciousness Workshop in Pokhara

Two days community level NVC workshop was organized at Pokhara on 3rd and 4th May 2022. The workshop was attended by 10 participants among which 2 were males and 8 were females. The group had no prior experience with Non-violent communication nor had attended any workshops with the subject. Certain participants were included from Kopila organization, Nepal whereas others were regular community members. The main objective of the workshop was to impart a basic understanding of NVC and its process. Also, it was aimed to build connections through inter and intra communication tools and approaches and also to support in identifying inner needs and introducing means to achieving those needs.
