
Intensive Learning Journey (ILJ) 17 days Advance Training on NVC
An advanced training program on Nonviolent Communication brought together 18 individuals from various regions of Nepal. Hosted at three different time during the month of July, August, and October, 2023 at GIZ office in Khumaltar, and other two times residential at two different venues of Kavre and Kathmandu, the training spanned 17 days over the year. Participants delved into intensive learning sessions, immersing themselves in the intricacies of effective communication and empathy. Facilitated by Mr. Mironel de Wilde, the training provided a platform for participants to deepen their understanding and practice of Nonviolent Communication principles. Through interactive sessions and meaningful discussions, attendees gained valuable insights and skills to enhance their interpersonal relationships and foster positive communication in their personal and professional lives.
From September 27th to October 1st, 2023, a transformative Intensive Learning Journey Training on Nonviolent Communication was organized at Balthali Mountain Resort, with 14 dedicated participants joining in. Throughout the program, participants immersed themselves in intensive learning sessions, delving into the profound depths of effective communication and empathy.
Another residential program and the final phase of Intensive Learning Journey training, was held from November 24th to 26th, 2023, a dynamic group of 15 participants convened at the tranquil Indrasthan Himalaya Resort in Chandragiri for an enriching experience. Under the expert guidance of our mentor and Certified NVC trainer, as well as our esteemed International Peace Advisor, Mironel de Wilde, the journey transcended mere education to become a transformative one.
Both the residential program was marked by the presence of esteemed guests, including Chair Dr. Nirmala Kc, Executive Director Babu Ram Poudel, and Admin Coordinator Jhabindra Adhikari on the final day. Their presence and words of encouragement resonated deeply with all participants, adding to the enriching experience.
