Dialogue group formation and conduction of seven steps social dialogues

After the completion of the mediation and dialogue facilitation training, each ward mediator formed two dialogue groups with ten people in each group. These people conducted dialogue in their community during November, December, 2023, and January 2024. Dialogue facilitators in each ward facilitated the seven-step dialogue process. The data and reports from these dialogues are being collected by Pro Public. This activity is intended to enhance the connection between the community members and promote a culture of peace by identifying the issues and challenges in the community.
