Compassionate Leadership Training

In a collaborative effort between the Forum for Protection of Public Interest - Pro Public and Advocacy Forum-Nepal, alongside the conflict victims' community, a three-day Nonviolent Communication- Compassionate Leadership Training was organized from October 1st to October 3rd, 2023. Hosted at the serene Dhulikhel Lodge Resort in Dhulikhel, the program aimed to empower conflict victim leaders from both within and beyond Kathmandu, representing diverse victim groups.

Intending to enhance advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills among conflict victims, the training sought to revitalize the Transitional Justice movement in Nepal. Supported by KURVE Wustrow, the program provided a platform for participants to strengthen their abilities in compassionate leadership and contribute towards positive change in their communities and the broader society.
