Pro Public is committed to promoting and strengthening the rule of law, access to justice, and fundamental human rights in Nepal. Addressing critical issues such as human rights, community disputes, legal system strengthening, and legal aid, we focus on vulnerable groups including women, children, minorities, farmers, and senior citizens. Our interventions include Public Interest Litigation (PIL), awareness campaigns, research, and advocacy. We file cases, plead, and ensure enforcement and follow-up of judicial decisions. Additionally, we emphasize legal awareness and education, including rights related to sexual and reproductive health and the right to information. Through publication, dissemination, and networking, Pro Public strives to create a well-informed society that respects and upholds fundamental rights for all.
