The Life Enriching Education for Teachers is an ongoing and engaging training program aimed at fostering a more harmonious and more effective relationships between teachers and their students. Educators from Aananta English Boarding School, Kuleshwor Awash Secondary School, and Brihaspati Vidyasadan School are actively participating in this initiative, which is being held at Brihaspati Vidyasadan School every alternate Saturday and Sunday.

This transformative training is grounded with the motto of Connection before Correction, emphasizing the importance of building meaningful relationships as the foundation for effective teaching and learning. By fostering mutual respect and understanding, the program seeks to create a positive and nurturing environment in classrooms.

The training spans a total of 10 intensive days, divided into four days each month, ensuring that participants have ample time to absorb and apply the concepts. The sessions are highly interactive, combining theoretical insights with practical strategies to equip teachers with the tools they need to better connect with their students.
